Camp Interlaken's staff are the key to a great summer! With close to a 100% staff retention rate, our staff have grown up at camp and work to provide campers with the experiences and fun that they had growing up.
Training: Our staff go through an extensive training program prior to the beginning of the summer to get them ready for camp.
Selectivity: Each staff member is interviewed and individually selected by one of our directors following background and reference checks.
